Dr. T. S. S. Rao participated in the Karnataka Mental Health District Educational Programme on Mental Health, conducted under the Karnataka Legal and Judicial Administrative Department at Sirsi, Uttara Kannada District, on 11 April 2026.
The programme was presided over by High Court Justice Kumar, with former National Medical Commission Chairman Dr. B. N. Gangadhar as the Chief Guest.

Dr. Rao spoke on the relevance of sexual health in adolescence, relationships, and marriage.
The event was very well organized, and the enthusiastic participation of more than 600 attendees made the experience highly rewarding.
